CHALLENGE: Roland DG, the world’s leading supplier of wide format inkjet digital printers tasked us with launching their newest product: the Soljet EJ 640. It was designed to address the growing competition head-on with faster speeds, lower cost and greater reliability.
SOLUTION: When researching the competition in the trade publications, something was glaringly obvious. Nothing stood out. They all looked the same. We found the solution, leverage Roland DG’s proud history of product innovation and global dominance and add a bit of confident personality to the mix. We focused on bold, impactful messaging displayed in a graphic treatment meant to evoke the look of their classic printer logo icon. Staying true to the Roland Brand we produced a launch video and marketing package that definitely stood out.
